We offer two AI generation modes: "Fast" and "Relax".

• Fast Mode: Instantly provides you with a GPU. This is our highest-priority processing mode. However, it consumes credits. It's best suited for tasks that require the fastest output.
• Relax Mode: Does not consume your credits. Due to frequent queues, generation may take some waiting time. It's ideal for tasks where speed isn't crucial.

Subscribers on the Standard or Pro plan can have unlimited generation in Relax mode.

Please note: The Basic Plan does not include Relax mode.

1. Copy your promo code.

2. Pick a subscription from the pricing page.

3. Continue to the Stripe checkout page.

4. Click “Add Promo Code”, input your code, and apply it.

Generating 20-second videos is only available to Pro users and must be done in "Fast Mode."

Your subscription renews on the same day each month as when you initially subscribed. For annual plans, your credit reset occurs on the same day each month (e.g., if you subscribed on January 12th, your reset time is on the 12th of each month).

You can view your subscription details and renewal date by navigating to the website, clicking on your avatar in the top right corner, then selecting "Profile" and "Billing."

Please note that if you're using Indian or Russian payment methods, your subscription won't auto-renew.

You can cancel your subscription at any time, but the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Here's how to cancel your subscription:

• 1. On the DomoAI website: Click your avatar in the top right corner, then go to "Profile," "Billing," and choose "Cancel Plan."
• 2. On the DomoAI server in Discord: Send the /subscribe command to see your current plan, click "Billing," and follow the Stripe link to cancel your subscription at any time.

You are free to upgrade your subscription at any time, effective immediately. Any remaining usage or time will be credited towards the price of your new plan.

If you are using Alipay, please note that due to Alipay restrictions, once you've purchased a plan, you can only upgrade to another plan after the current subscription ends and is canceled.

No, you cannot downgrade to a plan below your current level, and you can't subscribe to multiple plans, regardless of level.

How to get a refund?

Cancellation of subscription is cancellation of subscription renewal, it does not mean a refund.

If you cancel your subscription, you can still enjoy your subscription service until the end of your current subscription period, no further charges will be charged after the current subscription ends.
